Cristina DiChiera is a professional administrator with 25 years of director-level experience in nonprofit, government, and academic sectors. She is creative and thorough, with experience in every aspect of nonprofit management and a track record of achieving goals while adhering to budgets and timelines. She honed her research, writing and editing skills over years of crafting RFPs, grant proposals, LOIs, press releases, white papers, program reports, and planning documents. DiChiera Consulting was established in 2017 to offer contract-based services such as public art assessment and planning, project management, strategic planning, grant writing, marketing and communications for nonprofits, businesses and municipalities.
